Scholars Trained

The Passion4Health Scholars Program is a transformative initiative designed to empower the next generation of healthcare leaders through accessible, high-quality education and mentorship. Delivered through our dynamic Canvas LMS platform at canvas.passion4health.org, the program combines structured online learning with real-world engagement, providing scholars with critical knowledge in health science, leadership, digital literacy, and community advocacy. Through curated courses, interactive assignments, and hands-on projects, scholars gain the tools they need to create meaningful change in their communities. With a strong emphasis on equity, innovation, and impact, the Passion4Health Scholars Program nurtures talent from underserved and underrepresented backgrounds, fostering a network of passionate individuals ready to lead the future of health.

Why Passion4Health?

In Rwanda, the nurse-to-patient ratio is a staggering 1:1094, posing a significant challenge to the health sector. Our mission is to bridge this gap by igniting a passion for the medical field in the younger generation. By fostering a community of skilled and motivated young professionals, we aim to build a strong, energized cadre of healthcare providers who can transform the future of health in Rwanda.
